My Story - Bruce Gillaspie

| I have entered
the world of education and so far love it. I have a great position at
Santa Rita High School teaching the food management and culinary arts
program. The Students run their own food outlet, a mini Burger King,
and I teach and oversee the operation from food production to money
handling procedures, profit making and the inevitable cleaning up. Starting my Masters degree at the same time and still working part time at Tanque Verde Guest Ranch as a general food manager. |
