My Story - Zana Porreca Easley

from the U of A in 1972, I began my teaching career at Cholla High School
here in Tucson. |

| During my time
at Cholla, I earned a master's degree, and we adopted our two daughters.
After teaching English at Cholla for twelve years, I took a sabbatical
and completed my doctorate at the U of A. I returned to TUSD and have since taught at Pueblo and Tucson High Schools. I'm currently teaching at Mansfeld Middle School where I have been for the past seven years. Dan and I have been married for 27 years. He's a graduate of Tucson High School and the U of A. Cynthia will be a junior at the U of A this fall and Elizabeth will be a junior at Salpointe Catholic High School this fall. I'm looking forward to "reconnecting" with old Trojan friends!
