Remo Blankenship - 1950-2009

Remo Erminio Blankenship, born April 28, 1950 in Welch, WV passed away August 28, 2009 after a brave battle with cancer. Predeceased by his father, Albert Blankenship Sr. Remo was much loved and will be missed by his wife of 37 years, Margo; his daughter, Mary and granddaughter, Kaylee; his mother, Benvenuta; brother, Albert, Jr. (Becky); sisters, Davida Jeppson (Joe) and Filomena.

Remo was a resident of Tucson for 58 years and a graduate of Catalina High School. He was an enthusiastic and expert hunter who enjoyed sharing his knowledge with others. He was a devoted family man who was a caregiver to his parents and always there for his wife, daughter and granddaughter. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society or Peppi's House Hospice.
